Peniel Infrastructure LTD. was founded in July 2025 by a team of passionate young engineers determined to make urban air mobility a reality. We address one of the industry’s biggest challenges: hurricane-like outwash at vertiports, which currently demands large buffer zones and makes urban vertiport construction nearly impossible in space-constrained cities. Even the FAA has had to reconsider existing vertiport guidelines due to this issue. At Peniel, we believe our modular outwash mitigation device offers a simple, cost-effective solution—eliminating outwash as a barrier to urban air mobility.
Meet the Founder & CEO - Anderson Chen
Anderson is the founder and CEO of Peniel Infrastructure. He earned his master’s degree in mechanical engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute in 2021. With three years of startup experience—including designing spherical altitude control systems for satellites and developing air traffic management solutions for drones and urban air mobility—he has contributed to significant breakthroughs that drove company success. Now, at Peniel Infrastructure, Anderson leads a team focused on making urban air mobility a reality by tackling one of the industry’s toughest challenges: hurricane-like outwash at vertiports, using a modular outwash mitigation device.
