CFD Proofs 79% Construction Space SAVED! 

Strong outwash region: flow speed > 34.5 mph (~15.4 m/s)

Simulation condition: an eVTOL of 50 ft wingspan similar to Joby S4, by FAA's EB105a, a square vertiport requires the minimal length 125 ft (38.1 m)

* the 79 % is calculated based on the total vertiport length (38.1 m) by FAA’s EB105a compared to the conventional vertiport with outwash bufferzone (84 m)
